Scholarships
Since 2014, GAVE has awarded over 60 scholarships to outstanding students of Vietnamese descent pursuing post-secondary education in Ontario. The aim of this Scholarship Program is to recognize excellence in academic achievements, leadership potential, and community service in the greater community and the Vietnamese community
With the continuous generous support of private donors including Dr. & Mrs. Phạm, Hữu Diệu, along with Mr. & Mrs. Trần, Kim Quang, Mr. & Mrs. Trần, Sỹ Minh, and Alex Nguyễn Noriega, GAVE continues to invest in the future leaders of our community through this Scholarship Program. In addition, there are 2 named top awards of excellences with the newly instituted Mayor Maurizio Bevilacque Award in honour of his highly valued support and guidance for the Golden Age Village for the Elderly Project.
